Instructions:
Cut out 15 x 21" rectangle of Front Fabric, Back Fabric, and Batting
Place Front and Back right sides together with batting on top
Stitch around all four sides leaving 4" opening
Clip corners to reduce bulk
Turn right side out
Press
Top stitch two rows around all four sides closing the opening
Press
Voila!
